Online bookings can be made up to 2 hours before your scheduled drop-off time. Telephone bookings can be accepted up to 1 hour before the requested meeting time.
That said, we strongly recommend booking as early as possible — prices increase as departure dates approach and availability with preferred providers can fill up. You'll always get the best rate by booking in advance.

Immediately after your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email containing:
• Your booking reference number
• A full summary of your journey, vehicle, and contact details
• Step-by-step instructions for the day
• The mobile contact number to call when you arrive back at the airport (this number is unique to your booking and essential — please save it to your phone)
Your confirmation also acts as your VAT receipt and contains all information required by HMRC.
First, check your junk or spam folder — confirmation emails occasionally get filtered. Also make sure you're checking the email address you entered during booking.
If you still can't find it after a few minutes, email servers can sometimes delay delivery. If it hasn't arrived within 30 minutes, call us on 0207 129 7309 or email us and we'll resend it immediately.
Your confirmation email contains everything you need — please read it carefully before you travel. The key steps are:
1. Drive to the agreed drop-off point at your terminal at your booked time
2. Call the mobile contact number in your confirmation email to let us know you've arrived
3. Hand your keys to our uniformed driver
4. Proceed directly to check-in
On return: once you've collected your luggage, call the same mobile number and we'll bring your car to the pre-arranged collection point at the terminal.

Once your flight has landed and you've collected your luggage from baggage reclaim, call the mobile contact number in your confirmation email. We'll bring your car to the pre-arranged handover point at the terminal building as quickly as possible.

Yes. We service all terminals and regularly accommodate customers who depart from one terminal and return to another at the same airport — at no additional charge. Simply select the correct departure and return terminals when making your booking.
The full payment is deducted at the time of booking. If your card payment fails authorisation, we'll contact you promptly to resolve the issue and ensure your booking is secured before your travel date.
No. Once your booking is confirmed, your price is locked in — it won't change regardless of demand or seasonality after that point. Prices shown at the time of searching may vary day to day, which is why booking early always secures the best rate.
No booking fees. No card surcharges. No administration charges on standard bookings. The price you see when comparing deals is the total price you pay.
The only surcharges that apply are:
• Extended stay during a booking: £10 per additional day if your booking has already commenced
• Pre-commencement extension: Additional days added at the standard rate as if part of the original booking
Yes. Your booking confirmation email acts as your VAT receipt and contains all information required by HMRC. No separate receipt is needed. If you require a specific VAT invoice format for business purposes, please contact us.

All cancellations — for any reason — are subject to a minimum £40 administration charge. A refund will be issued for the value of your booking less the £40 administration fee.
